General Policy

Communication means everything to Tropix Luxe. The more clear the relationship is between the provider and the client, the better the service would be! Please read everything on this General Policy page before booking. The General Policy page applies to all services. Then follow up with the desired service policy page. For example, "Makeup Artistry Policy".

  • Due to COVID-19, all clients must arrive to their appointment with a mask. It is your responsibility to obtain a mask before your appointment. No mask, no service. If you are sick, unfortunately your appointment will be canceled.

  • Canceled Appointment = Deposit Fortfeited

  • No visitors are allowed. NO EXCEPTIONS!

  • Please arrive to your appointment no more than 5 minutes early. 

  • If you’re 10 minutes late, a $15 late fee will be added onto the balance. If you’re 20 minutes late, your appointment is canceled and your deposit is forfeited. Please keep in consideration that there are other appointments before and after yours.

  • No calls, no shows will be blocked from booking.

  • All appointments are required to make a deposit when booking. The deposit will be credited to your appointment. The balance is to be paid at your appointment.

  • All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Meaning the deposit made will not be refunded or used for rescheduling purposes.

  • After booking your appointment, the address will be sent to you 24 hours before the booked appointment.

  • Any emergency time slot requested outside of normal business hours is an extra $15  (ex: You are requesting to book for a 7:00 am or 9:00 pm appointment slot).
